Design & Details
Our in-house design team put real thought into getting this one right specifically in the way the sheer mesh accent above the bust and the lace trim at the sleeves balance the drama of all that pink satin without tipping into costume-y territory. The tiered, puffed skirt and puffy shoulder sleeves deliver maximum volume in exactly the right places.
The pink satin choker collar frames the neckline, and the back zipper keeps the whole look secure while staying hidden. It’s 100% polyester, so the fabric has that gorgeous shine that reads as vintage formal from across the room. A pink satin scrunchie is included for the full throwback ponytail effect.
Prom’s Not Over Yet
It’s a good thing you committed, because you’re going to spend the rest of the night explaining to people that yes, the sleeves are supposed to do that, and no, there is not a corsage, and that’s kind of the whole point.
